The Breuss massage was developed as a disc regeneration massage. This form of energetic back massage gently releases mental and physical blockages and loosens the muscles along the spine. A special St John's wort oil is used for the treatment, which is easily absorbed by the intervertebral discs. The treatment consists of approx. 25 minutes of massage and 25 minutes of relaxation, wrapped in a silk scarf.
